What I can build for you
I start with the job, not the technology, and build only what it takes to solve it.
Websites
I build websites from scratch. Plain HTML and CSS when that is enough, and more technology when the job needs it.
- Works on everything from a small phone to a large screen
- Usable with keyboard and screen reader, with WCAG AA contrast
- Quick to open, without heavy templates
- Titles, descriptions and share images set up for Google and social media
- No tracking unless you choose it
ExampleMango’s homepage and the page you are reading now.
Websites in several languages
Customers from Germany, Sweden or the UK? I build websites that speak their language, and that Google can find in each language.
- Every page exists in every language, with a language switch that works without cookies
- Google is told which languages the site is available in
- Prices, currency and VAT can follow the country, as in Mango: kroner and Danish VAT in Denmark, pounds and UK VAT in the UK
ExampleMango is available in Danish, English, German, French and Spanish.
A price calculator for your website
The customer describes the job and gets an estimate straight away, worked out from your own prices. It is the same system that runs Mango.
- Built on your own price list: hourly rate, travel and the jobs you do most
- Can be adapted to trades other than building, for example cleaning, painting, removals and gardening
- The enquiry lands in your inbox with the customer’s contact details
- The price is shown as an estimate, and you confirm the final price
ExampleMango: a price calculator for tradespeople, online in Denmark and the UK.
Web and mobile apps
Apps that do one job well: letting customers order, collect points or get answers, and letting staff work faster.
- Self-service and customer portals
- Digital stamp cards per product group
- Tools for staff, for example at the till
- Login, roles and data in EU databases
ExampleFull House Loyalty, which can be seen as a demo.
An AI on your website that knows its limits
I can put an AI assistant on your website that answers opening hours, prices and the easy questions, and passes the rest to a person.
- Answers from your own information
- Passes the questions it cannot answer safely on to you
- I am open about which data goes to which AI provider
AI helps, people decideIt works the same way in Mango: AI works out an estimate from the tradesperson’s own price list, but the tradesperson confirms the final price.
A watch on your website
I am building a small watch that keeps checking that your website answers, and tells you if it goes down.
- A small box keeps an eye on your website around the clock
- You are told if the site stops answering
- It only looks at your public website and touches no personal data
StatusThe watch is a prototype that is still being tested.
How it works
We talk
We work out what needs solving, and for whom.
You get a proposal
A concrete proposal with scope and price before anything is built.
I build
You see the work as it goes and can change course in time.
I look after it
I can also run and maintain the solution afterwards.
Tell me what is getting in the way
Call or write. I answer myself, and I am the one who builds things.
